Airbus - Logistics FAL Coordinator (d/f/m) in Hamburg

Currently, our client Airbus Operations in Hamburg has an opening for a Logistics FAL Coordinator. We welcome applications from people with disabilities. Your responsibilities will include: ensuring and managing the fastest possible material supply within the Final Assembly Line (FAL) coordination team, prioritizing daily workload; closely monitoring and tracking estimated delivery dates in coordination with Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Maintenance/Repair; logistical tracking and tracing of critical component and spare part deliveries, as well as expediting delivery to the point of use; participating in daily routine and coordination meetings within the Airbus Operating System (AOS) to ensure transparent communication; monitoring production progress, reporting on parts availability, and tracking production orders; and coordinating components, logistics processes, missing parts, and resolving deviations, goods receipt errors, and special flows.

• Successfully completed technical studies, industrial engineering, business administration or supply chain quality (at least a Bachelor's degree)

• Several years of professional experience (at least 3 years) in the areas of supply chain / logistics, customer service and process improvement

• At least 1 year of practical experience in creating shipping documents and in returns logistics.

• Solid knowledge of SAP, Google Workspace, warehouse information systems and applicable logistics regulations.

• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.

• Willingness to work in shifts (2-shift system alternating weekly)
