Airbus - Supply Officer Aircraft On Ground (d/m/f) in Hamburg

Our mission at Randstad is to connect people with jobs. Today we are looking for a Supply Officer Aircraft On Ground for our business partner Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg. Your responsibilities will include: managing the flow of materials to Airbus and developing creative solutions to resolve AOG (Aircraft On Ground) situations; ensuring the accuracy of supplier requirements and tracking and analyzing delivery delays, including creating recovery plans; actively participating in defining, negotiating, and monitoring logistics processes and supplier performance in daily operations; regularly coordinating and communicating with internal stakeholders and customers regarding order progress; and participating in the on-call service to ensure material supply.

• Successfully completed studies in the field of business administration, supply chain management, logistics (at least Bachelor's degree) or a comparable qualification
• At least 2 years of sound professional experience in scheduling, material procurement, supply chain or logistics
• In-depth application knowledge of SAP and confident use of Google Workspace
• Fluent English skills (both spoken and written) and advanced German skills
• Independent, structured and results-oriented work style, strong communication skills and a confident demeanor
• Willingness to participate in on-call duty (on-call service)
