Your responsibilities will include: independent and proactive planning, management, and further development of complex study designs; advising internal departments on defining targeted study parameters and regional coordination of global projects; organizing and conducting human subject studies using biophysical measurement methods and clinical assessments, including liaising with external testing institutes; independent data control, preparation of study reports, and clear presentation of results; and active participation in claim kick-offs and approval processes.

• Completed studies in a natural science (e.g., pharmacy, cosmetics, chemistry) or a comparable qualification
• Relevant professional experience in conducting cosmetic or clinical product studies or in formulation development
• Solid knowledge of writing study reports and ideally experience with in-vivo efficacy and tolerability testing.
• Fluent German and English skills, as well as proficient use of standard MS Office applications.
• Independent, structured work style combined with strong communication skills and team spirit
