Are you looking for responsibility, short communication channels, and a system that's actually used? We're seeking a motivated software developer (m/f/d) for our client to actively support our small, dedicated development team (currently 2 people). We're not reinventing the wheel, but rather working on our existing and proven ERP system. Your mission: To maintain and modernize the system and adapt it to new project requirements through clever enhancements. Start date: December 1, 2026, or later. Full-time position (40 hours per week) in the heart of Hamburg. If you're a proactive individual who enjoys working independently, has a confident demeanor, and is simply passionate about code, then you're exactly who we're looking for! Further development instead of a greenfield project: You'll further develop our existing, established ERP software and keep it performing at its best (no complete redevelopment). Project work: You'll manage internal projects from requirements analysis to successful implementation in the system. Full-stack development: You're proficient in both the backend (Java) and frontend (JavaScript, HTML, CSS). Data management: You'll work with our SQL databases, optimize queries, and adapt structures. Active participation: In our small, two-person team, your voice matters. You'll work independently and contribute your own ideas directly.
- Experience: You have approximately 2 to 3 years of professional experience in software development and have already actively participated in projects.
- Tech stack: You have sound knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and are proficient in handling SQL databases .
- Working style: You work proactively, are solution-oriented, and appreciate the freedoms of a small team where you can organize yourself.
- Personality: You have a confident, communicative demeanor, are a team player, and above all, you have one thing: a real desire to delve into an existing system and make it better!
