In this multifaceted interface role, you will support the development department across locations in process design, reporting, and project coordination. You can expect an exciting two-year project in a dynamic environment where your communication skills and structured approach are essential. Organizational interface coordination: Providing cross-site administrative and organizational support to the development department and fostering national and international collaboration. Reporting & data analysis: Creating, evaluating, and providing key performance indicators, reports, and statistics using standard tools (e.g., SAP, Jira, Confluence). Process optimization & facilitation: Supporting, harmonizing, and further developing departmental processes and methods, as well as facilitating cross-functional working groups. Planning & controlling: Contributing to budget and investment planning, cost center management, and monitoring development budgets and time tracking. Occupational Safety & Compliance: Coordination of safety measures, creation of risk assessments, and support with data protection and legal register issues. Knowledge & Training Management: Coordination and documentation of knowledge management, as well as maintenance and management of training assignments in the training system (SAM).
- Completed technical training and a qualification as a technician (m/f/d), master craftsman (m/f/d) or a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Professional experience in administrative work, ideally in a technical or organizational environment
- Good knowledge of process management as well as in the creation and evaluation of key performance indicators and reports.
- Teamwork skills, strong communication skills and initiative
- Independent, systematic and solution-oriented work style
- Proficient use of MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of business process software and Atlassian programs (Confluence and Jira)
- Knowledge in the field of hazardous materials or material compliance is desirable.
- Strong technical understanding is an advantage.
- Security clearance Ü2 is mandatory.
- Willingness to undertake occasional business trips
- S3 ESD safety shoes and suitability according to G37 are required.
