Project Coordinator (m/f/d) in Kassel

Here, you will assume responsibility for exciting major projects as a key interface and actively contribute to shaping technological milestones. Your responsibilities will include: supporting the department head in project coordination, planning, and reporting; participating in the project management of research and technology (R&D) projects in close collaboration with system engineers; creating, maintaining, and updating development and schedule plans; conducting cost planning and monitoring and reporting on cash outflows; regularly preparing and compiling status reports in English; supporting the department head with organizational and administrative tasks in daily operations; and coordinating and tracking project-related tasks, deadlines, and milestones.

• Successfully completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, ideally with a focus on electrical engineering, computer science or a comparable field.
• Knowledge of project management, development planning, and reporting
• Initial professional experience in the aforementioned tasks and specialist areas
• Proficient use of common MS Office applications
• Good English skills, both spoken and written.
• Excellent German skills, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication skills and strong teamwork abilities
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented work style and strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of Confluence is desirable.
