Technical Project Manager E/E Overall Development Defense (m/f/d) in Kassel

In a safety-critical, high-tech environment, you will assume primary responsibility for managing complex land systems projects, where maximum reliability, functional safety, and technological superiority are paramount. This includes managing and monitoring development projects throughout their entire lifecycle, taking into account milestones, budgets, and resources; overall technical coordination of the E/E architecture and systems, applying rigorous engineering change management and documentation standards; conducting technical risk analyses and defining robust countermeasures to ensure compliance with the highest military quality and safety standards; interface management and strategic coordination of national and international suppliers and development partners; leading interdisciplinary development teams and providing transparent reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

• Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, computer science or a comparable discipline
• Solid professional and project management experience in overall automotive E/E development or in complex E/E systems of mobile platforms.
• Familiarity with project management standards (e.g., PMI/PMP, PRINCE2) and the associated control and planning tools
• Willingness to undergo an extended security clearance (Ü2) in accordance with the Security Clearance Act
• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
