For our client, a thyssenkrupp Group company in Kiel, we are currently seeking a Commercial Project Assistant (m/f/d). Responsibilities include: supporting the Commercial Project Management team; monitoring and participating in the implementation of contractual rights and obligations; preparing commercial offers and amendments to contracts; coordinating specialist departments for the creation of commercial terms and conditions, price calculations, etc.; creating and coordinating the necessary documentation as proof of payment milestones for invoicing; invoicing and dunning; involving and coordinating specialist departments such as customs, taxes, insurance, finance, and export control as required; analyzing selected contract topics; providing personnel and technical support for contract negotiations; participating in project correspondence; contributing to internal and external reporting; creating and updating opportunity/risk analyses for draft contracts and conducting reviews.
- Completed commercial studies or training and relevant professional experience
- Experience in using MS Office applications
- Fluent English, both spoken and written
