Responsibilities
Further development and quality assurance of BCM processes and work instructions; definition of methodological and procedural governance guidelines; ensuring a consistent documentation structure and conducting reports; regular planning and execution of business impact analyses; identification and evaluation of critical business processes and IT resources; serving as a liaison between emergency management, CISO, and governance units; preparation and support of internal and external audits; and moderation of workshops for coordination with relevant departments.
- At least 2 to 5 years of demonstrable practical experience in the field of BCM and IT governance
- Sound methodological knowledge in Business Impact Analyses (BIA) as well as RTO and RPO definitions.
- Secure creation of restart concepts and company-wide emergency plans
- German language skills at C2 level for professional stakeholder communication
- Knowledge of common standards such as ISO 22301 or BSI 200-4 is an advantage.
- Structured work methods and strong documentation skills
