Specialist (m/f/d) FTTx infrastructure & network densification in Köln

For our client – a leading telecommunications company – we are seeking a results-oriented specialist (m/f/d) for their Cologne location, starting as soon as possible, on a temporary staffing basis. In this role, you will manage the operational implementation of building connections and network densifications. You will coordinate external construction partners on a project-by-project basis, monitor SLA compliance, manage the rolling forecast, and continuously optimize processes (including IT requirements). You will keep a constant eye on performance using Power BI. Framework: Start date: Immediately, initially limited to 18 months. Scope: Full-time (40 hours/week). Location: Cologne. Remote work possible?: Yes, 40% home office (Monday and Friday), 60% on-site in Cologne (3 days). Management and evaluation of building connections in FTTx rollout. Coordination of external partners on a project basis, including rolling forecasts. Tracking of open processes and monitoring of strict SLA requirements. Analysis of project development and partner efficiency using Power BI. Identification of process optimizations and formulation of technical IT requirements.

• Kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung im Breitband-/Glasfasausbau

• Erfahrung in der Steuerung externer Dienstleister (bevorzugt in der Nachverdichtung)

• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Power BI, Projektmanagement und hohe IT-Affinität

• Stark in Prozessanalyse, Kommunikation und problemlösungsorientierter Arbeitsweise

• Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch; gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
