Engineering Program Manager (m/f/d) in Laupheim

Our client is a globally respected Tier 1 systems supplier to the international aerospace industry. As part of the long-established Diehl Group, the company stands for pioneering technologies, the highest safety standards, and first-class cabin interiors for leading commercial aircraft manufacturers.

Project Management: Responsibility for project planning and management throughout the entire development phase.

Reporting & Controlling: Preparation of regular KPI reports and conducting status checks regarding milestones (deadlines, costs, technology).

Interface Management: Acting as the central customer interface for operational matters and as an internal interface to the various specialist departments.

Supplier & Process Support: Support for line-fit deliveries.

• Education/Studies: Completed studies (at least Bachelor's degree) in the fields of engineering, aerospace, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in the aerospace industry.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management and at least 2 years in project leadership.
• IT skills: In-depth application knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
• Methodological knowledge: Good knowledge of change management as well as total quality management / problem-solving methods.
• Language skills: German (at least fluent) and English (at least proficient).
• Soft skills: Independent, structured and results-oriented work style, high level of organizational talent, strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
