Your responsibilities will include: supporting the shop floor in resolving technical issues within the context of maintenance and repair processes; providing detailed information for design engineering (e.g., by creating non-conformance reports/NCRs); creating neutral work plans for the complete documentation of MRO activities; participating in multifunctional teams in problem-solving, Kaizen measures, and continuous improvement processes; preparing and supporting initial installations, including the necessary feedback loops for the production area; conducting and supporting P-FMEA/FMEA and analyzing recurring work preparation problems; and updating documentation and technical instructions in accordance with contractual and quality requirements.

• Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering, aerospace engineering or mechanical engineering (at least a Master's degree or Diploma)
• Solid professional experience in the field of manufacturing engineering (at least 3 years) as well as demonstrable experience in work planning
• Extensive knowledge in the field of mechanical aircraft components and structures
• Experience in technical support for MRO as well as knowledge in the creation of forms and databases is an advantage.
• Fluent English skills and very good German skills, both spoken and written.
• Proficient computer skills, especially specialized MS Office user skills.
• Strong team spirit, high resilience, and a structured and solution-oriented work style.
