Project and Program Management: Supporting and strengthening management in programs and projects within the Combat Air Systems area (e.g., Eurofighter Tranche 5).
Risk and Opportunity Management: Responsibility for risk and opportunity management across all phases of the project lifecycle.
Scheduling and Process Planning: Independent creation, monitoring, and analysis of project schedules, including schedule risk analyses, Monte Carlo simulations, and risk scenarios.
Decision Support & Integration: Providing and integrating quantitative and qualitative data for informed decision-making at the program management and customer levels.
Stakeholder Management & Reporting: Ensuring effective communication, monitoring project performance, managing maturity gates, and conducting lessons learned processes.

Qualification: Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering, aerospace engineering, business informatics or a comparable subject (at least a Master's or Diploma degree).

Professional experience: More than 2 years of sound professional experience in project management with proven expertise in Risk & Opportunity Management and scheduling.

IT skills: Detailed specialist knowledge in MS Project as well as sound experience with project management tools such as Active Risk Manager (ARM) and Unified Planning; knowledge of Jira/Confluence is an advantage.

Language skills: Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written, for the international working environment.

Working style: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, analytical thinking, and a structured and goal-oriented working style.
