Your responsibilities will include: comprehensive management of construction projects from needs assessment to completion and handover to the users; making and implementing overarching project decisions at the interface with all project stakeholders, as well as leading the project teams; reviewing user requirements, evaluating them, and aligning them with strategic corporate goals; independent project planning, execution, invoicing, and adherence to cost, schedule, and quality targets; and preparing and professionally negotiating necessary contracts, as well as managing order tracking within the framework of contract management.
- Completed Master's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Project Management, Architecture, Industrial Engineering in Construction or Building Services Engineering
- At least 5 years of professional experience in project management or project leadership of construction projects.
- Experience in the planning and realization of industrial buildings (e.g., production, laboratory and administration buildings) with a high proportion of building services engineering.
- Excellent knowledge of HOAI, VOB and AHO as well as proficient knowledge of MS Office, MS Project and CAD applications.
- Fluent German skills and proficient English skills
