Responsibilities include: Change management within the department; representing the department on the Change Review Board and in other cross-departmental meetings; creating manufacturing instructions for new products; updating existing manufacturing instructions and continuous improvement; converting legacy SAP-generated manufacturing instructions to modular, bilingual manufacturing instructions; creating and updating SOPs; conducting batch record reviews of produced batches; representing the department during audits; and conducting employee training.

• Completed studies in a natural science, e.g. in the field of pharmacy, chemistry, biology or biotechnology
• Alternatively, completed vocational training with many years of professional experience, e.g. as a laboratory technician or pharmaceutical technician, ideally with additional qualifications.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is desirable.
• Confident handling of different hierarchical levels, e.g. shop floor and management
• Good MS Office skills
• Good written and spoken English and German skills
• Independent, reliable and results-oriented work style
• High sense of responsibility, strong communication skills and teamwork skills
