For our client in the chemical industry, we are seeking an experienced IT Client Support Engineer (m/f/d) to provide support to users and IT workstations throughout the entire factory environment. Responsibilities include client support and general IT user support, analysis and resolution of hardware and software issues, support for the warehouse, production, laboratory, and administrative departments, and assistance with updates, rollouts, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in IT support / client support (1st & 2nd level)
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Willingness to work in a production environment
- Willingness to work in safety-relevant areas of the chemical industry using the necessary protective equipment
- Willingness to be available outside of regular working hours and on weekends for updates or troubleshooting, if necessary.
