System Engineer Power Electronics (m/f/d) in Norderstedt

As a specialized recruiter, I am seeking a dedicated and experienced System Engineer for Chargers & Drives (m/f/d) for our renowned partner, to start as soon as possible. In this role, you will actively contribute your expertise in power electronics and system development, playing a key role in shaping the future of innovative drive solutions. Your responsibilities will include: driving system development: developing innovative electric drive solutions for industrial trucks, focusing on motor inverters and chargers; architecture & integration: designing, integrating, and optimizing electronic systems within modern power electronics platforms; managing development activities: coordinating and monitoring demanding development tasks across internal and external engineering teams; managing interfaces: managing interdisciplinary collaboration with hardware and software testing, manufacturing, purchasing, and external system suppliers; and ensuring production support: providing technical support and coordination during series production.

• Education: Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering or a comparable technical field of study.

• Professional experience: At least 3 years of solid practical experience in system development, preferably in the field of power electronics.

• Technical expertise: Essential electrical engineering background with in-depth understanding of modern circuit and system concepts.

• Software skills: Proficient use of Microsoft Office; knowledge of DOORS or comparable requirements and development management tools is an advantage.

• Methodological strength: Strong analytical skills as well as a structured and independently solution-oriented way of working.

• Team spirit & communication: Excellent communication and coordination skills for smooth collaboration in an international, cross-functional environment.

• Language skills: Fluent English skills; good German skills are desirable.
