Quality Assurance Partner / Specialist Quality Management (m/f/d) – Life Science & Pharma in Penzberg

Quality & Compliance Assurance: Independently conducting quality and regulatory activities, as well as creating and reviewing quality assurance documents.

Audit Support: Preparing, compiling, and supporting documentation for internal and external audit processes.

Risk Management & Problem Solving: Independently identifying, assessing, and escalating quality-related risks, including developing sustainable solutions.

Process Optimization & Networking: Breaking down departmental silos and establishing intelligent, risk-based, and agile processes to strengthen the quality culture.

Coaching & Consulting: Providing expert support, training, and consulting to interface partners to ensure compliance with all regulations.

• Education: Successfully completed studies (Bachelor or Master) in biology, chemistry, process engineering, biosciences, data science or a comparable field.
• Professional experience: At least 2 years of relevant practical experience in quality assurance (QA), quality control or a comparable regulated environment.
• Expertise: In-depth knowledge of quality assurance processes, compliance guidelines, document reviews and risk assessments (audit and agile experience is an advantage).
• Working style: High degree of independence, structured thinking skills and strong communication skills in interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Language skills: Good and fluent English skills, both spoken and written.
