- Independent analysis and resolution of technical issues in second-level support;
- Provisioning, installation, and configuration of hardware and standard software;
- Implementation of rollouts, migrations, and hardware replacements;
- On-site support at various locations;
- Technical support for network connections and workplace cabling;
- Complete documentation of activities in the ticketing system;
- Qualified escalation of complex requests to downstream departments;
- Adherence to technical and security-related guidelines when performing your tasks.
- Successfully completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or IT systems electronics technician
- At least two years of relevant professional experience in IT support or field service
- Good knowledge of the installation and troubleshooting of Windows client systems
- Practical experience with workplace peripherals as well as basic network and LAN technologies
- Experience working with IT service management systems
- Valid Class B driving licence for on-site deployments
- Strong teamwork skills as well as a structured and independent work style
