For an innovative and rapidly growing medical technology company (focusing on life-improving therapy systems), we are seeking an experienced IT Team Leader (m/f/d). Your new opportunity will lie in a state-of-the-art, newly constructed plant in the West Mecklenburg region/Greater Schwerin area. In this role, which is part of the extended management team, you will build the complete IT landscape for production from the ground up and strategically guide it into the future. You will be responsible for the holistic development, secure operation, and further development of the local IT landscape within the production environment, including infrastructure, applications, and modern cloud solutions. You will prepare strategic forecasts and operational measures and advise the local management team as an equal member of the extended leadership team. You will manage external IT service providers effectively, maintaining a transparent overview of quality, deadlines, and costs, and ensuring clear, goal-oriented collaboration. You will assume professional and disciplinary leadership of a small IT team comprised of internal and external colleagues and strategically develop its expertise. You will plan and monitor the local IT budget, thereby creating a sound basis for future investments and day-to-day operations.
- Sie haben ein Masterstudium in der Informatik, der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder in einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Sie bringen fundierte Berufserfahrung in einer fachlich leitenden IT-Funktion mit und haben bereits langfristige IT-Strategien erfolgreich umgesetzt.
- Sie denken ganzheitlich und verstehen das komplexe Zusammenspiel von Menschen, Prozessen, Technologie, sauberer Dokumentation und Betriebssicherheit in der Produktion.
- Sie kommunizieren auf allen Ebenen klar sowie wertschätzend, arbeiten sehr strukturiert und haben große Freude daran, pragmatische Standards von Grund auf neu zu etablieren.
- Da Sie in einem internationalen Umfeld agieren, beherrschen Sie die deutsche Sprache fließend und verfügen über gute Englischkenntnisse (Level B1-B2).
