For our client, a thyssenkrupp Group company in Wedel, we are currently seeking a (Junior) Technical Manager (m/f/d). This role involves supporting the Technical Manager of a project by independently carrying out tasks in the planning and control of development, taking into account predefined requirements, processes, and quality standards. Responsibilities include: supporting the planning of development work within the project timeline with regard to deadlines, quality/process adherence, and costs; coordinating and preparing the assignment of work packages for development work with other project roles; supporting the monitoring and control of project progress with regard to deadlines, quality/process adherence, and costs; identifying and assessing risks in development; supporting the planning, monitoring, and control of associated mitigation measures and evaluating their effectiveness; participating in the coordination of technical solutions and concepts with client representatives within the project; and coordinating and providing technical guidance to the project team.
- University degree in a STEM field or vocational training as an IT specialist with several years of professional experience, technical school training and special further education or a comparable qualification

- Skills for the professional management of work package owners within the framework of project execution
- Structured and independent work style
- Technical assessment capability for the implementation of development tasks
- Technical assessment capability in the application of business processes in the various development disciplines
