Your responsibilities:
- You will be involved in setting up and implementing an internal service desk to improve IT services in the hospital.
- You are the central point of contact for all IT-related concerns of employees.
- You will provide 1st level support by receiving, categorizing, and processing requests via various communication channels (telephone, e-mail, ticket system).
- For more complex technical problems, you will work together with the IT team on 2nd level support.
- You are responsible for the complete documentation and tracking of all support requests in the ticket system.
- You will train and support staff in the use of IT systems and software applications.
- You will create and update knowledge databases and training documents.
- You will identify recurring problems and develop solutions to improve the support process.
Your profile:
- You have completed training in the IT sector or have a comparable qualification.
- You have experience in 1st and 2nd level support, ideally in a healthcare or hospital environment.
- You have extensive knowledge of common operating systems (Windows, macOS) and network technologies.
- You have excellent communication skills and a friendly manner when dealing with employees.
- You have a solution-oriented way of thinking and keep calm in every situation.
- You are a team player, but also work independently and in a structured manner.
- Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure are your strengths, and you can adapt quickly to new requirements.
- Your way of working is always customer-oriented, with the aim of ensuring employee satisfaction.
- You are motivated to continuously develop your skills and keep up to date with the latest technology.
