• Responsibilities: As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
• Assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.
• Research, gather and synthesize information.
• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) is required.
• Advanced level of proficiency in Data Consulting is recommended.
• Develop innovative strategies to optimize business processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success
• Utilize data analytics to identify areas for improvement
• Lead workshops and presentations to stakeholders for solution implementation
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for continuous improvement\“
