Responsibilities include: Operational order processing and material supply for defined supplier and material areas; order management and active shortage and bottleneck management in coordination with suppliers and internal departments; continuous maintenance and optimization of material master data and planning control parameters; reliable inventory management to ensure uninterrupted material availability in production; professional processing and clarification of incoming invoices and supplier complaints; monitoring, analysis, and reporting of relevant supply chain KPIs; continuous demand coordination with internal interfaces and participation in multifunctional teams (MFTs) and projects.

• Successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Business Informatics or Industrial Engineering
• Solid, multi-year professional experience in scheduling, material procurement or in the supply chain environment
• Proven practical knowledge in manufacturing and production planning and control
• Very confident use of SAP (especially in-depth application knowledge in SAP MM/PP and SAP R/3) as well as Google Workspace
• Knowledge of AirSupply is advantageous
• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
• Structured, independent work style, teamwork skills and strong communication skills at the interface with suppliers
