For our client Airbus Defence and Space GmbH in Immenstaad, we are seeking a qualified Network Security Engineer Connectivity or IT Network and Security Specialist. Responsibilities include: full technical operational responsibility for the network infrastructure in Germany, ensuring stable and high-quality operation based on ITIL; managing the IT service providers responsible for the technical implementation of the network infrastructure, in accordance with contractually defined KPIs and SLAs; collaborating with other IT departments and teams on projects and the implementation of new solutions that require the network infrastructure; planning and adhering to network infrastructure costs, including continuous development and improvement; providing technical support for root cause analyses and, in particular, for incidents; and managing the highest administrative access and permissions within the area of responsibility.
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Informatik (mindestens Master / Diplom) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation(cite: 3, 5)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (über 3 Jahre) im Betrieb von IT-Infrastruktur-Lösungen oder als IT-Projektleiter im Bereich von Netzwerk-Infrastrukturen(cite: 3, 5)
- Vertiefte Kenntnisse mit einer oder mehreren der folgenden Technologien: Network Access Control, Firewall, Proxy, Layer-2 & 3 Encryption
- Praxiserfahrung mit Cisco ISE, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Broadcom (Bluecoat/Symantec), Genua GenuScreen, ADVA oder Rohde & Schwarz von Vorteil
- Analytische Denkweise, Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
