Successfully completed university studies (Master's or Diploma) in computer science, aerospace engineering or a comparable engineering degree program

Several years of professional experience (at least 5 years) across the entire systems engineering lifecycle of simulation projects

Solid knowledge of modern software development methods (Agile, DevOps pipelines, containerization) as well as practical experience with C++ and Qt/QML

Demonstrable experience in managing external suppliers and subcontractors; understanding of military aircraft systems and operational procedures is advantageous.

Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, as well as a proactive and solution-oriented work style.

Willingness to undergo a security clearance (Ü2 clearance required)
