Your responsibilities will include: acting as the client representative for diverse urban building projects; managing and coordinating external planning offices and specialist departments; conceptualizing and technically evaluating construction solutions; quality control of planning, tender, and construction documents; comprehensive cost control, invoice verification, and proactive change order management; preparing expenditure reports and payment requests; and applying municipal budgetary regulations in the construction sector.
- Completed studies in the field of structural engineering or architecture
- German language skills at C2 level
- Proficient use of common planning, text and spreadsheet software
- Sound knowledge of the relevant technical regulations, HOAI (German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers) and procurement regulations.
- Class B driving licence and existing driving experience
- Ability to think conceptually and high social competence
- Excellent negotiation skills and assertiveness
