Our client, a leading company in the electrical engineering sector, is seeking a motivated SAP Consultant (m/f/d) for the Production & Quality department, starting in 2027. Details: Start date: January 1, 2027; Permanent position with the client; Full-time (35 hours/week); Work location: Bamberg; 2 days/week home office. You will assume overall responsibility for our production and quality processes – from planning and manufacturing to quality release – and continuously optimize them in collaboration with the relevant departments. You will design and maintain relevant master data and customizing settings in SAP PP/QM (e.g., bills of materials, routings, inspection plans) and ensure high data quality. You will optimize production planning and control processes – particularly capacity and availability planning – and ensure seamless coordination with warehousing and logistics. You will be responsible for the evaluation and settlement of production orders and will shape the integration of SAP PP/QM with adjacent areas such as MM, SD, and FI/CO. You will contribute to the further development of our S/4HANA landscape, drive initiatives such as Fiori and Clean Core, and support rollouts and the standardization of our processes at new locations. You will further develop key quality management processes – such as inspection processing, complaint management, and batch tracking – and ensure reliable traceability. You will advance digitalization and automation in production and quality processes, maintain clean interfaces with adjacent systems, and continuously identify new optimization potential.
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung im SAP PP- und/oder SAP QM-Umfeld, idealerweise mit praktischer Erfahrung in SAP S/4HANA.
- Du besitzt ein ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis und denkst in End-to-End-Zusammenhängen statt in einzelnen Transaktionscodes.
- Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse der SAP PP- und QM-Kernprozesse mit, insbesondere in der Produktionsplanung und -steuerung, Fertigungsauftragsabwicklung, Qualitätsplanung und Qualitätsprüfung.
- Idealerweise bringst du Erfahrung in mehreren der folgenden Bereiche mit: MRP, Kapazitätsplanung, Stücklisten und Arbeitspläne, Variantenkonfiguration, Qualitätsprüfungen, Prüfpläne, Chargenabwicklung oder Reklamationsmanagement.
- Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für die Integration von PP und QM mit MM und FI/CO sowie mit angrenzenden Systemen und Schnittstellen.
- Erfahrung mit S/4HANA, Fiori und modernen Erweiterungskonzepten im Rahmen der Clean-Core-Strategie ist von Vorteil.
- Es macht dir Spaß, Anforderungen gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen zu analysieren, Lösungen zu konzipieren und deren Umsetzung zu begleiten.
- Du interessierst dich für Automatisierung, Process Mining, Low-Code sowie moderne SAP-Technologien und bist offen für neue Arbeitsweisen.
- Du besitzt ein starkes technisches Verständnis für SAP-Systeme, Schnittstellen und Integrationszusammenhänge sowie hervorragende Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- (mind. C1) und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. B2) werden vorausgesetzt.
