IT Support & Proposals: Technical effort and service calculation as well as proposal preparation for healthcare IT solutions Contract Management: Preparation, review, and support of IT service contracts Reporting & Control: Creation of analyses, dashboards, and decision-making templates for management Interface: Coordination between internal IT teams, external partners, and customers Process & Project Work: Participation in standardization in IT portfolio management and support of strategic IT projects
- Education: IT training (e.g., IT systems management, computer science) or relevant practical experience in the IT environment
- Skills: Analytical thinking, affinity for numbers, and proficient use of MS Excel / IT tools
- Skills: Understanding of modern IT infrastructures and services; healthcare knowledge is an advantage
- Experience: Initial insights into IT service catalogs or proposal creation in IT support/presales are desirable.
- Soft skills: Structured work style, quick comprehension and strong communication skills
