Planning and executing complex transfer projects in the field of early-stage biologicals (CMC I) and late-stage biologicals (CMC II). Preparing project-related transfer documentation, taking into account current legal frameworks and international regulatory guidelines. Managing product transfer activities for clinical production facilities in the downstream (purification) area. Preparing regulatory submissions and responding to inquiries from authorities. Collaborating with internal clients from development and commercial production facilities, as well as external clients in the CMB (Contract Manufacturing) business. Leading the direct process transfer for external clients. Representing projects and the clinical production facility in interdisciplinary teams and cross-functional meetings. Acting as an expert on process technology issues in the manufacture of biopharmaceutical molecules. Leading expert meetings. Managing cross-site process transfers within the global biopharmaceutical network.
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Biologie, (Bio-)Chemie, (Bio-)Pharmazie, Bioinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger relevanter Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrung mit den biopharmazeutischen Herstellprozessen Upstream(Mammalian Cell Culture) oder Downstream (Purification), deren Entwicklung, Produktion sowie im Projektmanagement
- Gutes Verständnis von biopharmazeutischen Herstellprozessen, idealerweise mitFokus auf Downstream (Purification)
- Verständnis der Anforderungen GMP-regulierter Bereiche
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabesowie analytische und konzeptionelle Stärke
- Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Resilienz sowie Eigeninitiative
