For our client, a leading international technology company in the aerospace industry located in Dahlewitz, we are seeking a highly organized Logistics Manager (m/f/d). In this key interface role, you will manage the operational launch of development projects, act as the primary problem solver in case of bottlenecks, and ensure on-time delivery performance. Project & Delivery Management: Ensuring on-time deliveries and continuously monitoring for resource or target conflicts. When necessary, you will initiate proactive solution and escalation processes across all organizational levels. Readiness Process & Capacity Planning: Preparatory planning of capacities, equipment, and training (e.g., IPPR & PPAP) to create the operational prerequisites for the launch of development assembly (engines, test vehicles). Crisis & Problem Management: Advising and coordinating specialist departments in unforeseen emergencies (e.g., "assembly stoppage" or quality deviations). You will prioritize in the event of schedule, cost, or resource conflicts. Reporting & Stakeholder Management: Central point of contact for internal clients. You create ad-hoc reports, lead coordination meetings, and present project status internally and to suppliers. Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Progress measurement using key performance indicators and checklists. You evaluate experiences in workshops and document insights gained in internal systems.

Qualifikation: Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Logistik, Supply Chain Management oder eine vergleichbare fundierte Qualifikation.

Praxiserfahrung: Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Logistikplanung, Produktionssteuerung oder im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld (z. B. Luftfahrt, Automotive).

Methodenwissen: Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Freigabe- und Reifegradprozessen (wie PPAP) sowie im Umgang mit KPIs und Leistungskontrollen.

Soft Skills: Ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz, hohe Stressresistenz in Notfallsituationen sowie ein souveränes Stakeholder-Management.
