Your responsibilities will include: managing process development activities for projects of medium complexity; implementing Design for Lean Manufacturing within the product development cycle; aligning process and plant capabilities with product development specifications; ensuring the timely maintenance of bills of materials and master data; monitoring compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements; solving complex technical challenges through innovative approaches; supporting design changes at internal manufacturing facilities and suppliers; and applying methods for continuous productivity improvement.
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Fertigungstechnik oder Naturwissenschaften
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Engineering, Industrial Engineering oder der Produktion
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Lean Manufacturing und Prozessoptimierung
- Idealerweise Erfahrung mit PLM-Systemen und Design for Manufacturability
- Wünschenswert sind Kenntnisse im Bereich Laserausrüstung oder Lean Six Sigma
- Sicherer Umgang mit Qualitätsstandards sowie regulatorischen Sicherheitsvorgaben
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
