Head of Internal Audit (m/f/d) in Bremen

For one of our top clients in the Bremen area, we are immediately seeking an experienced and assertive Head of On-Site Operations (m/f/d). In this key position, you will assume operational and strategic responsibility for complex plant shutdowns and ensure the smooth execution of technical overhaul projects. If you combine a structured work style with strong leadership skills, we look forward to receiving your application! Initial project duration of 18 months with guaranteed permanent employment! Strategic planning, coordination, and operational management of overhauls and technical turnarounds in all power plant and production facilities. Holistic management of plant shutdowns, including meticulous monitoring of deadlines, costs, and quality across all participating trades. Central interface function: coordination of internal departments and management of external service providers and partner companies. Regular reporting on project progress and milestones to all relevant stakeholders.

• Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik oder Elektrotechnik

• Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Revisions- oder Instandhaltungsmanagement, idealerweise im industriellen Kraftwerks- oder Energieumfeld

• Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Project; Kenntnisse im SAP-Modul PM sind von Vorteil

• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie ein souveränes Auftreten

• Gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B für standortübergreifende Einsätze im Raum Bremen
