We are seeking a highly analytical individual to join our five-person team in the field of heating and energy services. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and business acumen. Your primary focus will be the support and continuous development of our billing system for electricity invoices to residential and business customers. You will be specifically responsible for handling billing cases that fall outside the standard processes. Furthermore, you will play a key role in system development, for example, in testing and implementing new features. Are you able to quickly grasp complex IT structures, understand business processes, and enjoy analytically analyzing and pragmatically resolving special cases? - Analyzing and resolving complex individual billing cases
- Identifying errors and identifying their root causes
- Conducting technical testing of system adjustments
- Correcting contracts and invoices
- Coordinating between business and IT departments
- Ensuring high data and billing quality
- Supporting the further development of processes and systems
