In this key position, you will ensure the operational readiness of complex defense systems by providing precise and standards-compliant technical documentation for state-of-the-art armed forces. Your responsibilities will include: independently creating, updating, and ensuring the quality of spare parts catalogs while adhering to specific requirements; reviewing, examining, and assigning technical documents, regulations, and drawings to the respective assemblies; creating requirement sketches for graphic designs and verifying the final visual implementation; incorporating technical changes and continuously adapting and researching them within the company context; managing, monitoring, and creating work orders within the documentation team; liaising with other departments and participating in internal and external project and coordination meetings; compiling, monitoring deadlines, and delivering quality-assured documentation packages; monitoring defined workflows and quality processes and providing support with project management tools; and maintaining close communication with project management, contributing to proposals, and continuously optimizing processes.
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder Ausbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker
- Erste Berufserfahrung in der Technischen Dokumentation, idealerweise mit Kenntnissen der Spezifikationen S2000M und B007
- Solides technisches Verständnisfundament im Bereich Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik oder Mechatronik
- Verständnis für die Erstellung, Strukturierung und Verwaltung technischer Dokumente
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit wehrtechnischen Systemen oder Rüstungsgütern von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte Analysefähigkeit, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Teamorientierung
- Kommunikationsstärke für den professionellen Dialog an internen und externen Schnittstellen
