Operational IT Security & Platform Operations: Gradually take over the administration and monitoring of central security systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, Entra ID, EDR, and SIEM). Security Triage & Incident Handling: Initial assessment and processing of security alerts, as well as active participation in the analysis and resolution of security incidents. SOC Implementation & Concepts: Support in developing technical concepts, as well as in scoping and selecting external service providers for the implementation of a SOC. Project Support & Coordination: Participation in forward-looking IT security projects and coordination with specialist departments and external partners. Process Optimization: Contributing your own fresh perspectives and ideas for the continuous improvement of existing IT security processes.
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, IT-Systemkaufmann), ein IT-bezogenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Erste praktische Erfahrung oder fundierte Berührungspunkte im Bereich der IT-Systemadministration oder IT-Security (z. B. im Rahmen von Ausbildung, Praktika oder erster Berufspraxis).
- Grundkenntnisse in Microsoft-Infrastrukturen (Active Directory, Entra ID, M365) sowie Interesse am Umgang mit EDR- und SIEM-Lösungen.
- Ausgeprägte Lernbereitschaft, Motivation zur fachlichen Weiterentwicklung sowie eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise.
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team sowie mit externen Dienstleistern.
- Bereitschaft zu regelmäßiger Präsenz am Standort Nieder-Weisel (ergänzt durch flexible Remote-Optionen je nach Anforderung).
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
