Construction Manager (m/f/d)

For a leading technology and industrial company in Hildesheim, we are seeking a qualified Construction Manager (m/f/d) for industrial construction and maintenance on a temporary basis with a concrete option for permanent placement. In this key position, you will be responsible for the independent planning, management, and execution of demanding construction and maintenance projects from conception to handover. Comprehensive project responsibility: Independent planning, construction management, and execution of complex renovation and maintenance projects in industrial and office environments. Tendering & awarding: Professional preparation of specifications and tender documents for all construction trades. Trade management: Comprehensive coordination of all technical and construction trades from initial conception to flawless commissioning and acceptance. Partner management: Effective integration and management of external engineering firms and service providers during project execution. User coordination: Early involvement of clients and internal user interfaces to precisely align structural requirements. Client representation: Consistent representation of the client’s interests while adhering to all technical specifications. Controlling & management: Reliable schedule and cost control to ensure the successful achievement of all economic and qualitative project goals.

• Qualifikation: Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Architektur oder Bauingenieurwesen (Diplom, Master oder vergleichbarer Abschluss).
• Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Praxis im Industriebau sowie fundierte Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Projektsteuerung.
• HOAI-Expertise: Vertiefte Kenntnisse aller Baugewerke im Büro- und Fertigungsbereich, insbesondere in den HOAI-Leistungsphasen 5 bis 9.
• Software-Kenntnisse: Versierter Umgang mit AutoCAD, CAFM-Systemen, MS Office und SAP; Erfahrungen mit AVA-Software (z. B. iTwo) sind von Vorteil.
• Sprachkompetenz: Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse für die Arbeit in internationalen Projektteams.
• Soft Skills: Kommunikationsstarke, durchsetzungsfähige Persönlichkeit mit hoher Belastbarkeit und echtem Teamgeist.
• Arbeitsweise: Ausgeprägt strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Denk- und Handlungsweise.
