Join our team! For our client Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH in 86609 Donauwörth, we are looking for a Shelf Life & Stock Health Manager (m/f/d). Your responsibilities will include managing and coordinating operational activities and projects in the areas of Shelf Life Management (minimum shelf life) and restricted stock (civilian and military). This involves conducting monthly analyses of expiring materials and deriving and tracking appropriate measures. You will also plan, manage, and track periodic measures with internal and external service providers, monitor and coordinate inspections, revalidations, and release processes, process transfers to restricted stock, and manage scrapping processes. You will monitor, analyze, and report relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) in inventory management, analyze reasons for restrictions and bottlenecks, and ensure the efficient processing of restricted stock. Prioritize and track high-risk deviations (non-conformities). Finally, you will manage and monitor action plans to reduce restricted stock and inventory risks. Maintenance and further development of operational monitoring and control routines, as well as ensuring compliance with inventory management, quality and supply chain processes.

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft oder Supply Chain / Logistics (mindestens Bachelor-Studiengang) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mindestens 3 Jahre) in den Bereichen Supply Chain / Logistik, technische Dokumentation und Wartung/Instandhaltung.

Fundierte IT-Kenntnisse in SAP (Detailfunktionen) sowie sicherer Umgang mit gängiger Office-Software (z. B. Google Workspace / Suite).

Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.

Starke zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten, nachgewiesenes Organisationsgeschick sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise.

Vertrautheit mit der Supply-Chain-Struktur des Unternehmens (Logistikflüsse).
