Home office: 2-3 days/week. Permanent position with Randstad Professional. On-site assignment at the client's location via temporary staffing. Coordination of the entire lifecycle of data integration pipelines (ETL pipelines) from requirements gathering, support during initial deployment, and ensuring continuous operation. Structured gathering of requirements for existing or new data products and integration pipelines, taking into account technical and professional specifications and in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders (business users, system administrators, data protection representatives, integration service providers). Ensuring stable operation and continuous improvement of integration jobs through proactive monitoring, incident management, error analysis, and implementation of maintenance and troubleshooting measures. Advising departments and internal committees on platform usage and the development of data products on the company-wide data platform.
Leading and implementing data-related projects at Westnetz using agile methods and managing decentralized, manual, data-related initiatives with internal and external partners.

- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches (Fach-)Hochschulstudium, vorzugsweise Elektrotechnik/Informationstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Informatik oder Energietechnik.
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im Umgang mit SQL- (vorzugsweise PostgreSQL) und NoSQL-Datenbanken.
- Du verfügst über tiefgehende Erfahrungen in Databricks, Azure Services und idealerweise in MuleSoft und Airflow.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Datentransformation und –modellierung mit Python sowie über fundierte Erfahrung im Umgang mit gängigen Dateiformaten wie xml, parquet, JSON, EDI.
- Du hast tiefgehende Erfahrungen mit Data Warehousing und Datenmodellkonzepten.
- Du erkennst das Wesentliche und bewältigst komplexe Zusammenhänge sehr schnell.
- Du gestaltest dein Umfeld, indem du eigene Ideen mit einbringst und verfolgst.
- Du zeigst Lernbereitschaft und Neugierde in Bezug auf neue Arbeitsinhalte/Instrumente.
