Your responsibilities will include: planning, dimensioning, and design of technical building equipment in the areas of HVAC, electrical, building automation, building control, or fire protection; creating technical documents such as calculations, diagrams, specifications, and tender documents; coordinating building services engineering within interdisciplinary project teams; liaising with clients, architects, specialist planners, authorities, and contractors; managing construction projects through all phases of the German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI), from concept planning to execution and acceptance; ensuring compliance with applicable standards, guidelines, and legal requirements; and technically reviewing bids and supporting the tendering process.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Versorgungstechnik, Elektrotechnik, Gebäudetechnik, Energie- und Umwelttechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten in der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung, idealerweise nach HOAI
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit fachspezifischer Software, bspw. AutoCAD, Revit, liNear, DDS-CAD, DIALux, mh-Software oder vergleichbar
- Sicherer Umgang mit den relevanten Normen, z. B. DIN, VDI und VDE
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
