For a leading international energy technology company, we are seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Transformer Commissioning Supervisor (m/f/d) on a permanent, full-time basis through direct placement. Based in Eschborn, you can expect a diverse role that combines international flexibility for EU-wide commissioning projects with up to two days of home office per week. In this key position, you will be responsible for the on-site technical management of the installation, testing, and troubleshooting of power transformers and reactors. Your responsibilities will include the on-site management and comprehensive oversight of the entire installation, assembly, and testing process for high-voltage power transformers and reactors. You will also provide technical support and troubleshooting for demanding installations, complex system tests, and targeted fault resolution on large-scale systems. Ensuring international quality standards and consistent adherence to customer- and site-specific requirements and guidelines regarding environmental protection, health, and occupational safety. Precise coordination and documentation of all test results, maintenance of site-specific protocols, and independent follow-up and resolution of outstanding issues. Goal-oriented team management in close collaboration with assembly and testing teams to guarantee on-time, cross-disciplinary commissioning. Sustainable mentoring through the professional guidance of junior engineers and the independent handling of complex technical challenges. Creation of detailed service reports and complete documentation of all service activities for continuous quality improvement.
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, des Maschinenbaus oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation mit fundierter Fachausrichtung.
- Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung in der Supervision, Montage und Prüfung von Leistungstransformatoren im industriellen Feld.
- Tiefgehendes Expertenwissen in der Vor-Ort-Montage, im Handling komplexer Ölfiltrationsprozesse sowie bei der Installation von Drosselspulen.
- Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Englischzur reibungslosen Kommunikation im internationalen Projektumfeld.
- Routinierte Anwendung der MS Office Suite zur professionellen Berichterstellung, Datenanalyse und Standortdokumentation.
- Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Organisationskompetenz gepaart mit hoher Belastbarkeit, Multitasking-Fähigkeit und ausgeprägter interkultureller Kompetenz.
- Uneingeschränkte Reisebereitschaft sowie Flexibilität für mehrwöchige Einsätze vor Ort in anspruchsvollen, internationalen Arbeitsumgebungen.
