Your responsibilities will include: developing innovative concepts and recipes for national and international customers in the beverage sector; maintaining master data, as well as documenting and evaluating development projects; conducting laboratory mixing while adhering to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards; handling project inquiries in close coordination with the project manager; managing innovation and product adaptation projects, including product documentation and evaluation; performing sensory and physical qualification of product samples and development products; supporting the processing of customer complaints; acting as a contact person for sales and as a liaison to customers for technical questions; and independently managing development briefings from product idea to production in coordination with the team leader.
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in der Lebensmitteltechnologie oder Studium im Bereich Lebensmitteltechnologie
- Erfahrung im Innovations- und Projektmanagement
- Kenntnis der Entwicklungsprozesse, idealerweise bei Getränken
- Fundierte PC-Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Englisch- und gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Begeisterung für innovative Lösungen und Trends im Getränkemarkt
- Eigeninitiative und Belastbarkeit
- Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Serviceorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
