Planning of semi-finished and finished goods, taking into account target ranges and expiration dates; conception and implementation of measures for the logistical support of new product launches and phase-outs; monthly preparation and dispatch of forecasts to suppliers; maintenance of purchasing views in SAP/Kinaxis, as well as the release and triggering of orders within value limits; monitoring of delivery dates, open quantities, allocations, and annual purchase quantities; recording of order confirmations and reconciliation of prices and quantities in case of discrepancies; handling of complaints and returns, as well as monitoring of supplier KPIs; ensuring the supply of goods in the ex-works business, inventory monitoring, and conducting sales, forecast, and plausibility analyses; maintenance of service level agreements and adjustment of master data, e.g., minimum order quantities, remaining lead times, or fixed periods; prioritization of release dates according to market conditions and customer deadlines, as well as complete study management for the EMD portfolio; coordination of transport issues and quantity changes.
- Completed commercial training, e.g. as a freight forwarding and logistics service provider, industrial clerk or wholesale and foreign trade clerk
- Several years of professional experience in scheduling, operational purchasing, or supply chain/demand management.
- Excellent SAP knowledge, especially in the MM, PP and SD modules.
- Knowledge of Kinaxis (RapidResponse) or comparable Advanced Planning Systems (APS)
- Confident use of demand management tools, e.g., M2
- Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
- Working time model: 37.5 hours/week
