A leading global industrial company in Frankfurt am Main is seeking a technically skilled individual for its Hard Services department. In this responsible position, you will manage the operational support and further development of sophisticated building and building services engineering. If you have solid experience in a regulated production environment and want to future-proof complex plant processes, this position offers a diverse range of tasks with a high degree of autonomy. Your responsibilities will include: energy optimization of HVAC systems and development of modern automation concepts using building management systems; operational support and ensuring maximum plant availability through continuous development and systematic process analysis; planning, procurement, and implementation of building services systems in the areas of climate control and utilities, including cost-benefit analyses; conducting quality- and GMP-compliant plant qualification and representing the department during audits; developing investment and maintenance concepts and coordinating partner companies, specialist trades, and spare parts procurement; comprehensive documentation, cost estimation, cost control, and active participation in interdisciplinary project teams.
- Successfully completed studies in engineering, ideally with a focus on building services engineering, building services engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience as an operations engineer in building services engineering, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
- in-depth expertise in building automation and ventilation technology, as well as solid knowledge of regulations concerning cGMP, pharmaceutical compliance and HSE.
- Proficient use of MS Office and SAP, as well as advantageous basic knowledge of Lean Management.
- Independent, structured and systematic work style combined with a strong customer focus and enjoyment of innovative processes.
- very good German skills and good English skills, both spoken and written, for an international working environment
