In this key position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational readiness and reliability of modern defense systems at the Gera site through highly precise and standards-compliant technical documentation. Your responsibilities will include: independently creating descriptive technical documentation in accordance with relevant specifications and processes; reviewing, evaluating, and assigning all necessary documents, regulations, and assemblies; creating graphic designs and monitoring their proper implementation; continuously incorporating technical changes and updating documentation content; conducting interdisciplinary research and liaising with internal and external contacts; creating, managing, and monitoring work orders within the team; actively participating in internal and external project meetings such as kick-offs and status reviews; compiling and monitoring customer deliveries; monitoring compliance with internal workflows, processes, and quality standards; supporting project management in maintaining planning tools and preparing proposals; and contributing suggestions for the continuous optimization of existing processes.
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder Ausbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker
- Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Technischen Dokumentation unter Anwendung der ASD-Spezifikationen S1000D und H011
- Fundiertes technisches Fachwissen im Bereich Maschinenbau oder Fahrzeugtechnik
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Umgang mit wehrtechnischem Gerät von Vorteil
- Analytisches Denkvermögen gepaart mit einer ausgeprägten Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
