Electrical Engineer (m/f/d) in Grimma

For our client, an established and privately owned engineering firm in the Grimma region, we are seeking a (Senior) Electrical Engineer (m/f/d) to join their team as soon as possible. In this role, you will manage demanding projects from the initial concept phase through to on-site commissioning. Your responsibilities will include: creating project-specific concepts, specifications, and designs for switchgear, lighting, grounding, and cabling systems; independently calculating the costs of electrical equipment; creating layouts, circuit diagrams, and cable routing plans; coordinating across disciplines with process, automation, and structural engineering, and integrating data into P&IDs; preparing technical inquiry documentation, comparing bids, and supporting contract negotiations; conducting supplier audits, factory acceptance tests (FATs), and performance tests. Local construction supervision and support during commissioning, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines and budgets.

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Elektroenergieanlagen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.

• Praktische Berufserfahrung in der Elektrotechnik bei nationalen und internationalen Anlagenbauprojekten (bevorzugt aus dem Umfeld Chemie, Petrochemie oder Raffinerie).

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse der relevanten Normen (DIN, VDE, IEC, EN; ATEX-Kenntnisse sind ein starkes Plus) sowie sicherer Umgang mit branchenüblicher Berechnungssoftware.

• Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise gepaart mit Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist.

• Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch fließend (mindestens C1) sowie gutes Englisch; weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil.
