We are currently looking for an SAP expert (m/f/d) for our client, a company of the thyssenkrupp Group in Hagen. You are the primary contact for departments and key users, supporting day-to-day operations with all SAP-related questions. SAP Process Consulting & Solution Design: Analysis of business requirements, consulting for departments, and development of holistic SAP solutions along end-to-end processes. Module Support & Customizing: Operational support and further development of the SAP landscape, including customizing, specification of development requirements, and release and change processes. Support & Error Analysis: Handling complex incidents in 2nd and 3rd level support, root cause analysis, and coordination of external service providers. Testing & Quality Assurance: Planning and execution of system, integration, and regression tests, as well as support for UATs, audits, and compliance requirements. Interfaces & Integration: Support and optimization of SAP interfaces, as well as analysis and implementation of new integration scenarios. Key Users & Departments: Consulting and support for key users, conducting workshops and training sessions, and supporting process changes. SAP Projects & Transformation: Participation in SAP projects, rollouts, migrations, and S/4HANA initiatives, as well as taking on your own work packages.
- Ideally, you will have successfully completed a degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- You have several years of experience in at least two of the following SAP modules: FI/CO, MM, PP, PS, QM, SD, EWM in a manufacturing company.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and sound knowledge of SAP customizing
- Experience with SAP interfaces, integration scenarios, testing, and incident and change management.
- Strong understanding of cross-functional business processes, particularly in purchasing, sales, production, logistics and finance.
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented approach to work, as well as a high level of service orientation.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork skills and a hands-on mentality
- Very good German and English skills
