Billing & Documentation: You will bill construction projects in road and transportation infrastructure in close collaboration with the responsible site manager and compile all billing documents for the clients. Change Order Management: You will reliably identify and record change orders. Site Measurement: You will create on-site measurements directly at regional construction sites. Invoice Verification: You will thoroughly check invoices from subcontractors for accuracy. Cost Estimate Maintenance: You will regularly update the cost estimates in close cooperation with the site manager.

Qualifikation: Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium (z. B. Bauingenieurwesen), Ausbildung zum Techniker, Bauzeichner mit Praxiserfahrung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.

Erfahrung & Fachwissen: Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Bauabrechnung sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im Straßen- und Tiefbau.

Software: Sicherer Umgang mit Abrechnungsprogrammen (idealerweise iTWO) sowie vorteilhafte Kenntnisse in CAD.
