Development and optimization of temporary workarounds to ensure production rates and compliance with process auditability. Participation in short-term improvement initiatives (e.g., space management and capacity buffers) [cite: 3, 4]. Analysis and interpretation of existing key performance indicators (KPIs) for the proactive correction of deviations in material flow. Management of multifunctional teams (MFTs) within the framework of logistics and process improvement projects. Active stakeholder management, including the support of internal and external customers as well as supplier management. Monitoring and enforcement of compliance with logistics process and quality standards directly on the shop floor.
- Successfully completed technical studies, studies in business administration, supply chain / logistics (at least a bachelor's degree) or a comparable qualification
- At least 2 years of verifiable professional experience in supplier management, supply chain and logistics
- In-depth user knowledge of SAP R/3 and sound knowledge of project and process management; Google Workspace and continuous improvement process (CIP) knowledge are advantageous.
- Prior knowledge of the manufacturing processes of the final assembly line (FAL) and the associated logistics processes is desirable.
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of French is an advantage.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, pronounced independence, sense of responsibility and motivation to actively shape processes
