Ensuring performance and improvement control of physical logistics management and alignment with internal stakeholder requirements; implementing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for performance, costs, quality, and the environment, as well as calculating the logistics budget; ensuring the application of Airbus logistics solutions, processes, and guidelines in all physical activities; managing the alarm and escalation process and driving short-term and local improvement initiatives; contributing to the optimization of end-to-end logistics solutions, space management, and infrastructure development; ensuring the availability of standard distribution resources in the required quality and quantity; assessing the logistical impact of planning changes and conducting technical negotiations on unit prices and volumes; creating, reviewing, and validating monitoring mechanisms, change requests (CRs), and service level agreements (SLAs); conducting risk management, root cause analyses, and audit planning (including quality, environmental, and EHS requirements).
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder Weiterbildung zum Wirtschaftsingenieur, Betriebswirt oder Fachwirt/Techniker im Bereich Supply Chain / Logistik
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mindestens 2 Jahre) im Lieferantenmanagement sowie in der Supply Chain / Logistik
- Anwenderkenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP und Google Workspace
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Organisationstalent
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit im 2-Schicht-System
